5.2 Fees and Payment Terms

  • Initial Complimentary Period: Clinics receive one month of complimentary service, including four social media video posts.
  • Subscription Fees: Standard Subscription (£550/month) and Premium Subscription (£850/month). Specialists pay £119.99/month.
  • Lead Shortfall: If we fail to meet the guaranteed leads, payment can be deferred or credited.
  • Payment Method: Monthly fees collected via automatic payment or invoicing.
  • Downgrade/Reinstatement: Clinics can downgrade to pay-per-lead after one paid month or request reinstatement to subscription with written notice.

5.3 Responsibilities

  • Point of Contact: You must designate someone to manage patient inquiries.
  • Consultation Availability: Qualified staff should be available for initial consultations.
  • Timely Response: Respond to all leads within 48 hours.

5.4 Data Privacy and Confidentiality
